They seem to really care about you. At least they seem to care more than most global companies do about their customers. They answer their emails, their C.E.O is not some mystery man nobody can reach and they work hard to focus searches to what you are specifically looking for.
With so many sites and users in their network, they really get down to specifics making it very easy for you to meet the kind of women (or men) you want in your life.
Are they the perfect online dating site? No. I don’t think such a thing exists, at least not yet. But if you are Latin or looking to date a Latin woman (or man) LatinAmericaCupid.com is an excellent choice for a paid site.
If you are looking for a free site, this is not it. That is the one big draw back.
They do offer a free starter profile. But if you want communication by email – instant messaging – chat or video it requires a membership upgrade, this means you have to pay for the upgrade.
If you choose not to upgrade your membership, other paying subscribers will be able to initiate communication with you or other free members if they choose to do so. This means you can hear from the paying members but they can’t hear back from you.
Another customer friendly service available on LatinAmericanCupid.com is you are not automatically re-billed. You just pay as you go, lots of scam sites force an auto-bill on you without giving you a choice.
